Refund policy

I hope you love your Tahana Designs purchase. If however, you’re unhappy with anything, please email us at tahanadesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to find a solution you’re happy with. We accept returns up to 14 days of receiving goods.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings, unless they are faulty.

All items must be returned in their original condition, and jewelry in its original packaging. Please send your returns using a tracked/signed for service and keep proof of postage as we are not responsible for a return going missing. Thank you!
